Return Eligibility

A return/replacement is accepted only if:

  • The product isΒ damaged,Β torn, orΒ defectiveΒ on arrival

  • Unboxing video is provided (mandatory)

  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

❌ No Return in These Cases

  • Color difference due to lighting

  • Minor thread issues

  • Customer changed mind

  • Customised blouse stitching

  • Wrong size selection

  • Saree not liked after receiving

Return Window

  • You must raise a return request withinΒ 24 hours of delivery.

Process

  1. Take a clearΒ unboxing videoΒ while opening the package

  2. Send it on our WhatsApp support

  3. Our team will verify and approve the replacement

  4. Replacement will be shipped within 2–4 days

Refund

Refund is providedΒ only if replacement is not available.
